Think ice baths with a view, a trip to a local bathhouse for hot and cold immersion therapy, long, lazy moments by the pool—and if you’re really ready to drop into deep relaxation, you can book a massage (highly recommended). There’s space to stretch, space to breathe, and space to just be.
