We cater to all levels—but to really get the most out of your experience, we recommend having a base level of fitness or an established workout routine. You don’t need to be an athlete, just someone who loves to move and is up for a challenge. And if you're not sure? Come anyway. We’ve got you.

No boring gyms here. We train in wild, beautiful places—from sunrise sessions on the beach to powerful strength circuits overlooking the rolling hinterland hills. It’s part workout, part nature therapy, and 100% unforgettable.
