Thursday
Welcome to the Wild
Touch down in Byron and we’ll handle the rest. Arrive by 5pm, meet your crew, settle into the villa, sip something cold, and take in the views.
Ease into the evening with a sunset dinner by our private chef. We’ll wrap the night under the stars — breathing deep, dropping in, and setting the tone for the days to come.

Friday
Movement & Breath
Kickstart the day with coffee, bliss balls, and high vibes. We’ll move through a group workout to get the blood pumping, then cool off with an ice bath plunge.
Refuel with breakfast, then dive into the power of breath with coach Michael. He’ll guide you through breathwork, meditation and a unique surf apnea session in our 20m pool.
After lunch, the afternoon is yours: lounge by the pool, book a massage, or head out for a run through the village. As the sun sets, we’ll gather by the firepit before tucking in to another nourishing dinner. The night winds down your way—games, chats, or simply soaking it all in.

Saturday
Sweat, Swim & Soak
Early risers can squeeze in a run before a nourishing breakfast, then we're off to one of our favourite waterfall hikes for wild swimming and breathtaking views.
Return to the villa for lunch and free time — unwind by the pool with a book or rally the group for a lively game of pool volleyball.
In the afternoon, we visit Byron's iconic lighthouse, take a dip at Wategos then visit a luxe local bathhouse for immersion therapy. Then it's home for our final sunset dinner and a relaxed evening under the stars.

Sunday
Sunrise & Sweet Goodbyes
Our final day kicks off early with coffee and breakfast, before we head to a stunning coastal nature reserve. We’ll sweat it out with a beach workout, hike to a scenic lookout, cool off with a swim, and finish with some beach games.
Back at the villa, we gather for a final lunch together before farewells begin and transfers head off to Ballina Airport from 2pm.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, recharged — and with a few new besties in tow.
